Brought my son in on Friday night to the Rochester MN south store. The wait was 40 min, so we checked in. We decided to go run an errand as long as we had some time. We were gone 20 min. When we came back our wait was still 40 min. The girl looked a little surprised to see us when we came back in. I thought the point of checking in meant that it held your spot in line. I guess not.

I came to get a hair cut at 750 pm on Aug 2 and was told Sorry we're closed. I WILL not come back to any Sports Clips as your time states 8 pm and the stylist was about to cash out her last customer. Are your hours guild lines or set hrs. I am a server and when someone walks in 10 mins before we close they are given the same service as anyone else
