I first went online to see what this was about this salon. Could not see the prices for in each one. I checked myself in person at the Sports Clips salon in Rochester. The stylist ask me what are we doing today. I said I am new, she said we will give you MVP Experiences special, I asked her what are the prices, she ignored my question, kept looking at the clock doing my hair cut. Don't get me wrong The service was great massage, shampoo, and rinse, hot towels on my face, massage chair. When I was checking out paying my bill, I was shocked on the cost, the stylist lady said to me Aren't you giving a tip. I DEMAND A REFUND OF $33.00

Went in for a walk-in one day and there was already a 1 hour + wait list. Decided to add my name and sit down and the woman doing the haircuts (there was only one person total there - why?) wouldn't stop talking to the person she had just given a haircut to while they were at the register and held up the whole wait list. While I was sitting in there, which was about 20 minutes before I decided to leave because she was very unprofessional, about 4-5 other guys had walked in and left. This location is losing a lot of potential money because of the staffing and unprofessionalism of the staff that is there.

Totally hit or miss. The first time I went here the stylist was awesome; super friendly and did a great job, which is why I went back. This most recent time was a horror show. I wish I got the stylist's name but I tried to get out as soon as possible. She had a terrible attitude and complained every time the phone rang. She talked trash about the client she had before me and the entire time she was cutting my hair she said how much she hates my curls and how terrible my last hair cut was. When I stopped responding she started muttering angrily to herself. Not a good time. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the first stylist was so nice. Look out for the cranky ones I guess.
