Brought my son in on Friday night to the Rochester MN south store. The wait was 40 min, so we checked in. We decided to go run an errand as long as we had some time. We were gone 20 min. When we came back our wait was still 40 min. The girl looked a little surprised to see us when we came back in. I thought the point of checking in meant that it held your spot in line. I guess not.

I first went online to see what this was about this salon. Could not see the prices for in each one. I checked myself in person at the Sports Clips salon in Rochester. The stylist ask me what are we doing today. I said I am new, she said we will give you MVP Experiences special, I asked her what are the prices, she ignored my question, kept looking at the clock doing my hair cut. Don't get me wrong The service was great massage, shampoo, and rinse, hot towels on my face, massage chair. When I was checking out paying my bill, I was shocked on the cost, the stylist lady said to me Aren't you giving a tip. I DEMAND A REFUND OF $33.00

Went in for a walk-in one day and there was already a 1 hour + wait list. Decided to add my name and sit down and the woman doing the haircuts (there was only one person total there - why?) wouldn't stop talking to the person she had just given a haircut to while they were at the register and held up the whole wait list. While I was sitting in there, which was about 20 minutes before I decided to leave because she was very unprofessional, about 4-5 other guys had walked in and left. This location is losing a lot of potential money because of the staffing and unprofessionalism of the staff that is there.
